About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the ISA Management Team and the Business Development Team in multiple business development and strategic initiatives for the system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy and Decision Support: Collaborate with the ISA Finance Senior Director, the Management Team, and the Business Development Team to define the commercial strategy and drive business development initiatives.
  • Business Intelligence and Analytics: Provide timely and meaningful financial and business-related information and analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Reporting: Develop and deliver financial results, key metrics, and variance analysis to system leaders, management teams, and regional finance.
  • Project/Program Management: Support and follow up on business-related special projects, drive content generation, and implement key initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience in consulting firms (e.g., Project Leader/Engagement Manager).
  • Excellent English skills (verbal and written communication).
  • Portuguese desirable.
