About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the ISA Management Team and the Business Development Team in multiple business development and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy and Decision Support: Collaborate with the ISA Finance Senior Director, Management Team, and Business Development Team to define commercial strategy and drive business development initiatives.
  • Business Intelligence and Analytics: Provide timely and meaningful financial results, key metrics, and variance analysis to system leaders, management teams, regional finance, and Global Services.
  • Reporting and Project Management: Develop and implement key initiatives, monitor status, and re-steer course as needed. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across GEOs.

  • Action-oriented and Pragmatic: Ability to work independently with a high level of autonomy.
  • Powerful Critical Thinking: Rigorous logic and methods to solve problems, spot potential issues, and make effective decisions under pressure.
  • Robust Project Management Skills: Creating focus, moving roadblocks, tackling difficult problems, and multitasking.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Establishing strong relationships, demonstrating ability to get things done through formal and informal channels.
  • Thinking Digitally: Picking up new technical skills and knowledge quickly, comfortable using digital collaboration tools.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Knowledge of BCG Finance Systems
  • Minimum 5 years of Experience in Consulting Firms
  • Excellent English Skills
  • Portuguese Desirable
