About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at The Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the ISA Management Team and the Business Development Team in multiple business development and strategic initiatives for the system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the ISA Finance Senior Director, the Management Team, and the Business Development Team in defining the commercial strategy and in business development.
  • Provide ad hoc information and analysis as required to support business decisions.
  • Support in the preparation of information and data to ensure the business has the financial and business-related information and analysis necessary to steer the business.
  • Provide timely and meaningful system financial results, key financial metrics, and variance analysis to the system leaders, management team, regional finance, and Global Services.
  • Support and follow up of business-related special projects led at ISA level.
  • Drive content generation and implementation of key initiatives, monitoring status and re-steering course if required.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across GEOs.
Requirements
  • Action-oriented and pragmatic with the ability to work with a high level of autonomy.
  • Powerful critical thinking skills with the ability to spot potential problems and provide objective financial analysis and effective decision making under pressure.
  • Robust project/program management skills with the ability to create focus, move roadblocks, tackle difficult problems, and multitask.
  • Excellent English and Spanish skills (verbal and written communication) with Portuguese desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience in consulting firms (e.g. Project Leader/Engagement Manager).
