Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in delivering exceptional EGNOS service delivery. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to users, ensuring seamless navigation experiences.



About the Role


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, with experience in the satellite navigation domain or relevant application market segment. You will be working closely with our Front desk team to provide 24/7 helpdesk services, monitoring activity, and reporting performance metrics.



Responsibilities



  • Evolving and maintaining our ticketing tool to optimize user experience
  • Developing and publishing monthly performance reports to stakeholders
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external providers for administration, evolutions, and upgrades
  • Maintaining user notifications baseline and contributing to EGNOS communication plans
  • Elaborating planned SIS outages and EGNOS degradations notifications


Requirements



  • Native-level English (C1) – CEFR and Spanish (desirable)
  • Engineering degree or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in the satellite navigation domain or relevant application market segment
