About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director to lead our Maverick Europe Operations team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our European business strategy, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with our partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the European business strategy, aligning with our global goals and objectives
  • Lead a high-performing team of sales, marketing, and operations professionals to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our partners and customers, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth
  • Collaborate with our global teams to share best practices, leverage resources, and drive business success
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and business plans to ensure alignment with our global goals
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a sales, marketing, or operations function
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, developing high-performing teams, and building strong relationships with partners and customers
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
