We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our Maverick Europe business unit. As Vice President, you will be responsible for developing and executing our European operations plan, driving business growth, and building strong relationships with vendors and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the annual budget, value propositions, and tactical quarterly plans.
  • Maintain key partnerships with vendors and customers to enable business growth.
  • Identify and evaluate potential acquisitions to accelerate business objectives.
  • Own the execution of European sub-operations plan, achieving quarterly and annual business objectives.
  • Drive the building of programs and campaigns that can be executed across multiple countries.
  • Engage with country management executive teams in quarterly reviews and planning sessions.
  • Present at public events to audiences of different levels and capabilities.
Requirements
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience in managing, supervising, and building relationships.
  • Master's/postgraduate degree with MBA field of study preferred.
  • Strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills.
  • Dynamic and communicative leadership skills.
  • Negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
