Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled executive to lead our European operations as the Executive Vice President of Maverick Europe. This role will be responsible for developing and executing our aggregate multi-year European Operations Plan for the Maverick AV/Signage and collaboration business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the Annual Budget (AFC), value propositions, and tactical quarterly plans to drive business growth and success.
  2. Partnership Management: Maintain and nurture key partnerships with vendors and customers to enable the execution of the business plan.
  3. Business Development: Identify, evaluate, and help close potential acquisitions to accelerate business growth.
  4. Operational Excellence: Own the execution of European sub-operations plan, achieving quarterly and annual business objectives.
  5. Program Development: Drive the building of programs and campaigns that can be executed across multiple countries.
  6. Leadership and Collaboration: Engage with Country Management executive teams in quarterly reviews and planning sessions.
  7. Thought Leadership: Present at public events to audiences of different levels and capabilities, showcasing expertise and thought leadership in the IT channel.

Requirements:

  1. Leadership Experience: 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in managing, supervising, and building effective relationships.
  2. Education: Master's/postgraduate degree with an MBA field of study preferred.
  3. Interpersonal Skills: Strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards.
  4. Communication and Negotiation: Dynamic and communicative leader with sensitivity to others' needs, concerns, and feelings, with the ability to negotiate skillfully and promote ideas persuasively.
  5. Analytical and Organizational Skills: Work independently with highly effective analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to construct and conduct formal presentations and interact with all levels of management.
  6. Attention to Detail: Maintain confidentiality and communicate necessary information clearly, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
