Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our European operations for the Maverick AV/Signage and collaboration business unit. As Vice President, you will be responsible for developing and executing our aggregate multi-year European Operations Plan, driving business growth and success in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the Annual Budget (AFC), value propositions, and tactical quarterly plans to drive business growth and success in Europe.
  • Maintain key partnerships with vendors and customers to enable the plan and drive business results.
  • Identify, evaluate, and help close potential acquisitions to accelerate business growth and expansion in Europe.
  • Own the execution of European sub-operations plans, achieving quarterly and annual business objectives.
  • Develop and execute programs and campaigns that can be executed across multiple countries in Europe.
  • Engage with Country Management executive teams in quarterly reviews and planning sessions to drive business alignment and success.
  • Present at public events to audiences of different levels and capabilities, showcasing thought leadership and expertise in the IT channel.
Requirements
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience in managing, supervising, and building effective relationships.
  • Master's/postgraduate degree with an MBA field of study preferred.
  • Strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards.
  • Dynamic and communicative leadership skills with sensitivity to others' needs, concerns, and feelings.
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills to close transactions and drive business results.
  • Ability to create and conduct formal presentations, interacting with all levels of management.
  • Highly effective analytical, organizational, and time management skills to work independently and under pressure.
  • Strong data entry and relevant advanced system applications skills, with a willingness to learn new systems and technology.
  • Ability to communicate necessary information clearly and maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience with pre- and post-M&A deals is beneficial, with the ability to develop integration plans to ensure successful mergers.
