Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our European operations for the Maverick AV/Signage and Collaboration business unit. As Vice President of Maverick Europe, you will be responsible for developing and executing our aggregate multi-year European Operations Plan, driving business growth, and building strong partnerships with vendors and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the Annual Budget (AFC), value propositions, and tactical quarterly plans to drive business growth.
  • Maintain and strengthen main partnerships with vendors and customers to enable the plan.
  • Identify, evaluate, and help close possible acquisitions to accelerate business growth.
  • Own the execution of European sub-operations plan, achieving quarterly and annual business objectives.
  • Drive the building of programs and campaigns that can be executed across multiple countries.
  • Engage with Country Management executive teams in quarterly reviews and planning sessions.
  • Present at public events to audiences of different levels and capabilities, showcasing thought leadership in the IT channel.
Requirements
  • 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in managing, supervising, and building effective relationships.
  • Master's/postgraduate degree with an MBA field of study preferred.
  • Strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards.
  • Dynamic and communicative leadership skills with sensitivity to others' needs, concerns, and feelings.
  • Negotiation skills, ability to promote and sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions.
  • Ability to create and conduct formal presentations, interacting with all levels of management.
  • Work independently with highly effective analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Constructive under pressure with efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Strong data entry and relevant advanced system applications skills, ready to learn new systems and technology.
  • Ability to communicate necessary information clearly and maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience with pre- and post-M&A deals is beneficial.
