About the Role:

As a Business Development Manager at Gartner, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion through strategic outreach and engagement with high-tech mid-sized enterprise clients. Your role will involve managing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a strategic partner with C-level executives across various high-tech organizations to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Manage and retain existing client research contracts, identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of Gartner's services and solutions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • 1-6 years of experience in a professional sales environment, with a proven track record of success in targeted sales.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and sales skills, with the ability to navigate complex conversations with C-level executives.
  • English language proficiency is essential, with additional language skills (German, French, Italian, Dutch, Spanish, Greek, Danish, Swedish) a plus.
