About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at Volotea. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to drive revenue growth and cost optimization.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and margin enhancement.
  • Operational Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Provide strategic guidance to senior management and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and drive innovation to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a consulting or strategy role, preferably in the aviation industry.
  • Quantitative Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Ambition and Drive: High-performing individual with a relentless drive to excel and exceed expectations.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Fluency in English is a must, with fluency in Spanish a plus. French or Italian also a plus.
