About the Role

The Product Owner for the Salesforce Service Cloud domain is responsible for maximizing the value of our Enterprise Tools by effective backlog management and evolution of these tools within the SD Worx product landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, product team, and other teams to create user stories and prioritize them for the team.
  • Take end-to-end responsibility for evolving the tools and follow up on projects from start to finish.
  • Work closely with the Salesforce Functional Analysts and Developers to illustrate the business context, problem area, and possible solution suggestions.
  • Co-develop a product vision and synchronize with the tribe lead, product managers, and other product owners in related product areas.
  • Validate the product vision with internal customers and define product requirements, ensuring completeness, integrity, and technical consistency.
  • Participate in sprint planning meetings to confirm priorities and clarify requirements.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and suppliers of the Enterprise tools within your portfolio.
  • Regularly report on the enterprise tools and participate in the tribe's roadmap, program, and release planning.

Requirements
  • A degree in IT or IT-related fields or equivalent by experience.
  • Min 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally in Salesforce and Service Management Processes.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to acquire a good insight into the SD Worx business.
  • Experience in working in Agile squads and international environments.
  • Strong in process thinking, attitude of continuous optimization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and writing).
