About the Role

As a Product Owner for the Salesforce Service Cloud domain, you will be responsible for maximizing the value of our Enterprise Tools by effective backlog management and evolution within the SD Worx product landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, product team, and other teams to create user stories and prioritize them for the team, considering support for existing tools and future plans.
  • Take end-to-end responsibility for evolving tools and follow up on projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure customer requests are handled by someone in SD Worx for all countries we are active in.

Requirements
  • Degree in IT or IT-related fields or equal by experience.
  • Min 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally in Salesforce and Service Management Processes.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to acquire a good insight into the SD Worx business.
  • Experience in working in Agile squads.
  • Strong in process thinking, attitude of continuous optimization.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and writing).
What You Will Do
  • Make final decisions on product development after listening to the team.
  • Illustrate business context, problem area, and possible solution suggestions in close collaboration with Salesforce Functional Analysts and Developers.
  • Co-develop a product vision and synchronize with the tribe lead, product managers, and other product owners in other squads.
  • Responsible for the definition and prioritization of the product backlog.
  • Responsible for the sprint backlog in terms of priorities and clarity of requirements.
