About the Role

The Product Owner of the Salesforce Service Cloud domain is responsible for maximizing the value of Enterprise Tools by effective backlog management and evolution within the SD Worx product landscape. This role works closely with internal stakeholders, the product team, and other teams to create user stories and prioritize them, considering the support that must be delivered on existing tools and future plans.

Key Responsibilities

Take end-to-end responsibility to further evolve the tools and follow up on projects from start to finish.
Ensure that customer requests are handled by someone in SD Worx for all countries we are active in.

Requirements

Degree in IT/IT related fields or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally with experience in Salesforce and Service Management Processes.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to quickly gain insight into the SD Worx business and translate business needs into clear requirements and objectives.
Experience in working in Agile squads and an international environment is a plus.
Strong process thinking and a continuous optimization attitude.
Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work under pressure with a strong focus on scale and standardization.
Strong stakeholder management skills, ensuring the team understands requirements correctly.
Responsible for defining necessary competencies in the squad together with the scrum master, agile coach, and tribe lead.
Team player and flexible.
