At Sd Worx, we are seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our Salesforce Service Cloud team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for maximizing the value of our Enterprise Tools by effective backlog management and evolution within our product landscape.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, with experience as a Product Owner, ideally in Salesforce and Service Management Processes. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to acquire a good insight into our business and translate business needs into clear requirements and objectives.

Key responsibilities will include making final decisions on product development, illustrating business context and problem areas, and co-developing a product vision. You will also be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog, implementing the product roadmap, and ensuring technical stability.
