Hotel Operations Director

About the Position
The Hotel Candela Marbella is seeking a highly experienced Director of Hotel Operations to join their management team. As a strategic business leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing departmental strategies to ensure the hotel meets the brand's standards and targets customer needs.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a candidate with a 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major, and 4 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or a related professional area.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze service issues and identify trends
• Make and execute decisions to keep the property moving forward toward achievement of goals
• Work with the hotel management team to develop an operational strategy aligned with the brand's business strategy
• Monitor hotel operations sales performance against budget
• Review reports and financial statements to determine hotel operations performance against budget
Requirements
• 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major
• 4 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or a related professional area
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
