Director of Sales and Marketing - Hotel Candela Marbella
The Hotel Candela Marbella is seeking an experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to lead the sales and marketing efforts for our upcoming hotel opening in 2024.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury brands, with extensive experience in sales and marketing leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Lead the sales and marketing team to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with the general manager and owner to develop and execute marketing plans
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles
- Proven track record in luxury brands
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Strong leadership and communication skills
