About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at Hotel Candela Marbella. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and development opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and control
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on luxury brands and hotel sales
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue increase
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in coaching and developing sales teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
