About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth across our luxury brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Lead a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning
- Coach and develop direct reports to achieve individual and team goals
Requirements
- Proven track record of sales success in a luxury hotel environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- Fluency in English and French
- Knowledge of hotel revenue management concepts and processes
- Financial management skills, including budget planning and forecasting
