About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth across our luxury brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to inform sales strategies
  • Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning
  • Coach and develop direct reports to achieve sales goals

Requirements

  • Proven track record of sales success in a luxury hotel environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
