We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our Industrial Filtration team in Terrassa, Barcelona. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers in the CEE region.
Key Responsibilities- Order Processing and Management: Process, monitor, and follow-up on customers' purchasing orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers to support the sales team in driving market growth in the CEE region.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing invoices, corrections, and returns.
- Customer Inquiry Management: Receive and process customer inquiries on standard pricing, lead-time, products, and availability, and respond in a timely and efficient manner.
- Internal Coordination: Coordinate with other departments, such as sales, logistics, finance, and production, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or logistics.
- Language Skills: Fluent Czech or Slovak, as well as English.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of MS Office packages and Outlook, with knowledge of Oracle R12, incoterms, payment terms, and CRM an asset.
- Soft Skills: Flexibility, ability to multitask, manage time, and adapt to changes, with a proactive attitude and ability to take decisions when necessary.
- Permanent Contract: A stable and secure employment contract.
- Flexible Work Schedule: A flexible work schedule to accommodate your needs.
- Hybrid Model: A hybrid work model with 3 days of remote working per week.
