At Donaldson, we're dedicated to solving the world's most complex filtration challenges. As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a vital role in our Mobile Solutions Customer Service team, located in Terrassa, Barcelona.

This position involves handling customers' purchasing orders and developing strong relationships with assigned accounts to support the sales team in driving market growth in the UK & Ireland.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing, monitoring, and following up on customers' purchasing orders
  • Providing effective service and administrative support for assigned customers
  • Ensuring delivery commitments to customers and following up on order activity to alert customers and the sales team in case of discrepancies
  • Managing invoice creation, corrections, and material return activities
  • Receiving and processing customer inquiries on standard pricing, lead-time, products, and availability through efficient and friendly communication to maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Coordinating internally with other departments, such as sales, logistics, finance, and production, to keep all aware of customer activities

Relevant experience and skills include:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or logistics
  • Working knowledge of MS Office packages and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Oracle R12, incoterms, payment terms, and CRM are an asset
  • Native level of English is a must
  • Flexibility, ability to multitask, manage time, and adapt to changes
  • Pro-active attitude, ability to take decisions when necessary, and be a team player
