Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Mobile Solutions Customer Service team in Terrassa, Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer purchasing orders, developing strong relationships with assigned accounts, and providing administrative support to drive sales growth in the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- Process, monitor, and follow-up on customers' purchasing orders to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing invoices, corrections, and returns.
- Receive and process customer inquiries on standard pricing, lead-time, products, and availability, and communicate effectively with customers to maintain excellent relationships.
- Coordinate with internal departments, such as sales, logistics, finance, and production, to ensure seamless customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or logistics.
- Working knowledge of MS Office packages and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Oracle R12, incoterms, payment terms, and CRM are an asset.
- Native level of English is a must.
- Flexibility, ability to multitask, and adapt to changes.
- Pro-active attitude, ability to take decisions when necessary, and be a team player.
