We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Terrassa, Spain. As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth in the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer purchasing orders with precision and attention to detail.
- Provide administrative support to assigned customers, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, finance, and production, to ensure alignment and effective communication with customers.
- Manage invoice creation, corrections, and returns, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding standard pricing, lead times, products, and availability, providing clear and concise information to maintain excellent customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or logistics.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Oracle R12, incoterms, payment terms, and CRM is an asset.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
- Strong communication, time management, and adaptability skills.
- Proactive attitude, ability to take decisions when necessary, and work collaboratively as part of a team.
