This is a temporary position (6 months) to cover a maternity leave, offering a unique opportunity to work with a multicultural team and develop strong relationships with customers. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customers' purchasing orders, providing excellent service and administrative support, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and follow-up on customers' purchasing orders
- Ensure effective service and administrative support for assigned customers
- Provide delivery commitment to customers and follow-up on order activity
- Manage invoice creation, corrections, and returns
- Receive and process customer inquiries on standard pricing, lead-time, products, and availability
- Coordinate internally with sales, logistics, finance, and production departments
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or logistics
- Working knowledge of MS Office packages and Outlook
- Knowledge of Oracle R12, incoterms, payment terms, and CRM are an asset
- Fluent German and English
- Flexibility, ability to multitask, and adapt to changes
- Pro-active attitude and ability to take decisions when necessary
