Customer Service Representative with English

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative with English proficiency to join our team at Babel Profiles. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Process and monitor customer purchasing orders, ensuring seamless transactions and timely delivery.
- Provide proactive and effective service and support to assigned customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Communicate delivery commitments and resolve any order discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage new customer and supplier requests, handle invoicing and material returns, and maintain accurate records.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate communication between customers and internal departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and resolution of issues.
- Studies in administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, or logistics, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in MS Office packages and Outlook, with knowledge of Oracle R12, incoterms, payment terms, and CRM a plus.
- Strong communication and administration skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations.
- Flexible, multitasking, and adaptable, with a proactive attitude and ability to make decisions when necessary.
