- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and understand team performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary to optimize sales performance.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing a sales team, with a track record of meeting or exceeding team targets.
- Expertise: Proven expertise in high-volume transactional sales and pipeline management.
- Coaching and Training: Strong coaching and training skills with a focus on driving results and performance improvement.
- Language Skills: Business-level fluency in Spanish and English.
