About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to join our dynamic team at Lodgify. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of inbound sales agents across various European regions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Lead and coach a multilingual team of 8 inbound sales agents to achieve sales targets and cultivate a culture of success and high performance within the team.
  2. Sales Process Management: Manage the complete sales process, including pipeline management and outbound follow-ups, to ensure efficient and effective sales operations.
  3. Training and Development: Engage in diverse training and coaching sessions to enhance team performance and develop sales materials to support the sales team.
  4. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and understand team performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary to optimize sales performance.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing a sales team, with a track record of meeting or exceeding team targets.
  2. Expertise: Proven expertise in high-volume transactional sales and pipeline management.
  3. Coaching and Training: Strong coaching and training skills with a focus on driving results and performance improvement.
  4. Language Skills: Business-level fluency in Spanish and English.
  5. Technical Skills: Quick learner with the ability to become an expert in our technical product.
  6. Industry Knowledge: Background in the travel tech industry is advantageous but not essential.
  7. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a sales team towards achieving goals.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Additional Language Skills: Proficiency in additional European languages.
  2. Short Sales Cycle Experience: Success in managing teams in short sales cycle environments.
