Job Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at SGS.


Key Responsibilities



  • Provide essential data to our Global Talent Acquisition Team to support and formulate our Talent Acquisition Strategy.
  • Research relevant industry news and developments, proactively acting on any information gathered from research or candidates.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines and communities for current and future requisitions.
  • Develop robust candidate pipelines across diverse business and functional areas using a multichannel sourcing approach.
  • Utilize social media sourcing and branding tools to support talent attraction and develop a referral sourcing strategy.
  • Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility.
  • Use candidate marketing for associations, pools, professional groups, and alumni websites, as well as Boolean searches, targeted companies, and analytics tools.
  • Ensure our candidate database is up to date and holds all relevant candidate information.

Requirements



  • Masters degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a strategic/technical recruitment Sourcer.
  • Experience with online and offline sourcing and recruiting techniques.
  • Experience setting up pipelines and building communities.
  • Demonstrated experience with social media marketing and digital networking.
  • Proficient in relevant office software and ATS/database systems, preferably SmartRecruiters.
  • Ability to conduct online and pre-screening interviews.
  • Ability to stay up to date with competitor information and market trends.
