Job Summary

SGS is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Global Talent Acquisition Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing essential data to support our Talent Acquisition Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide talent market insights, competitive intelligence, and talent demographic data to understand and identify current and future market conditions.
  • Advise our talent acquisition team on the marketplace and develop a search strategy to deliver excellence.
  • Leverage existing resources to facilitate an effective sourcing and candidate attraction strategy.
  • Improve candidate experience by maintaining a close relationship with interested, qualified, and motivated potentials.
  • Develop robust candidate pipelines across diverse business and functional areas for current and future hires.
  • Utilize social media sourcing and branding tools to support talent attraction.
  • Develop and carry out a referral sourcing strategy.
  • Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility.
  • Use candidate marketing for associations/pools/professional groups and affiliations, alumni websites, Boolean searches, targeted companies/individuals, and analytics tools.
  • Ensure our candidate database is up to date and holds all relevant candidate information.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent by experience.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a strategic/technical recruitment Sourcer.
  • Experience with online and offline sourcing and recruiting techniques.
  • Experience setting up pipelines and building communities.
  • Demonstrated experience with social media marketing and digital networking.
  • Proficient in relevant office software and ATS/database systems.
  • Ability to conduct online and pre-screening interviews.
  • Ability to stay up to date with competitor information and market trends.
