About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Seller Engagement Associate to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our Selling Partners in their journey to grow their businesses and sell across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Support: Demonstrate effective, clear, and professional written and oral communication to provide prompt and efficient service to Amazon Selling Partners.
  • Maintain High Performance Metrics: Maintain acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
  • Identify and Resolve Issues: Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills and identify trends to appropriate channels, including improvement suggestions.
  • Liaise with Internal Teams: Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Merchant Investigations, or Payments teams as required to resolve Selling Partner's issues and questions.
A Day in the Life

Your day will be filled with driving seller engagement to help selling partners identify their compliance needs and guiding them through new and existing legislative requirements to ensure friction-free selling on Amazon platforms. You will work closely with various internal teams to support new projects and launches, capture feedback, and suggest process improvements to continue raising the bar in seller experience.
