Seller Engagement Associate

About the Role
The Seller Engagement Associate will play a critical part in supporting Amazon's Selling Partners in their journey to grow their businesses and sell across Europe. This role will focus on ensuring that Selling Partners meet all their sustainable compliance needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional written and oral communication to Selling Partners.
- Offer prompt and efficient service, escalating issues as necessary.
- Maintain high performance metrics, including quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
- Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills, identifying trends and suggesting improvements.
- Liaise with other departments, such as Customer Service, Merchant Investigations, or Payments teams, to resolve Selling Partner issues and questions.
A Day in the Life
The day will be filled with driving seller engagement to help Selling Partners identify their compliance needs and guiding them through new and existing legislative requirements to ensure friction-free selling on Amazon platforms. This will involve speaking with Sellers in different countries via phone and email, using various internal tools, and working with internal teams to support new projects and launches, capture feedback, and suggest process improvements to continue raising the bar in seller experience.
