About the Role
The Seller Engagement Associate with French will play a critical part in supporting Amazon's Selling Partners in their journey to grow their businesses and sell across Europe. This role will focus on ensuring that Selling Partners meet all their sustainable compliance needs, while also providing world-class support to Merchants selling on Amazon.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate effective, clear, and professional written and oral communication with Selling Partners and internal teams.
- Provide prompt and efficient service to Selling Partners, including the appropriate escalation of Sellers' issues.
- Maintain acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
- Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills and identify trends to appropriate channels, including improvement suggestions.
- Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Merchant Investigations, or Payments teams as required to resolve Selling Partner's issues and questions.
A Day in the Life
Your day will progress driving seller engagement to help selling partners identify their compliance needs and guiding them through new & existing legislative requirements to ensure friction-free selling on Amazon platforms. You will work closely with various internal teams to support new projects and launches, capture feedback, and suggest process improvements to continue raising the bar in seller experience.
