Seller Engagement Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Seller Engagement Associate to join our team at Mygwork. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting Amazon Selling Partners in their journey to grow their businesses and sell across Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Compliance Support: Provide expert guidance to Selling Partners on compliance requirements, including tax, product, and sustainability regulations.
- Customer Service: Offer prompt and efficient service to Amazon Selling Partners, including the escalation of issues and concerns.
- Communication: Demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills, ensuring clear and professional interactions with Selling Partners and internal teams.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and suggest process enhancements to optimize seller experience and compliance.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Customer Service, Merchant Investigations, and Payments, to resolve Selling Partner issues and questions.

Requirements- Language: English and German (mandatory); additional EU languages (e.g., Italian, French, Spanish) are an advantage.
- Experience: 6+ months in a customer service or contact center environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication, composure, and professional attitude; strong prioritization and time management skills; ability to adapt to changing business needs.
- Education: Not specified.
- Business Acumen: Knowledge of global e-commerce and retail.
- Language Skills: Fluency in additional EU languages (e.g., Italian, French, Spanish).
- Compliance Expertise: Experience with tax, product, and sustainability regulations.
- Process Improvement: Ability to identify areas for improvement and suggest process enhancements.
