Company Overview: Tyrads is seeking a seasoned Supply Partner Director to spearhead revenue optimization efforts across its offerwall products in Europe. This pivotal role involves building and maintaining strategic partnerships with top publishers, driving innovative monetization strategies, and leading a high-performing team.
Job Description:
- Strategic Publisher Relationship Management: Develop, nurture, and scale relationships with top-tier publishers to ensure long-term strategic partnerships and mutual revenue growth. Serve as the senior escalation point for all publisher-related matters, providing guidance and strategic direction to maintain high levels of partner satisfaction.
- Onboarding and Integration Management: Manage and oversee the full onboarding process of new publishers, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience from initial conversation through integration and launch. Work hand-in-hand with the Business Development (BD) team to assess fit, understand requirements, and ensure alignment with company strategic goals.
- Team Leadership and Development: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing monetization team fostering a culture of excellence. Establish clear goals and performance metrics for the team, conducting regular performance reviews and providing coaching to drive results.
- Monetization Strategy and Campaign Profitability: Design and implement comprehensive strategies to maximise the profitability of both CPI and CPE campaigns. Balance the needs of CPI and CPE models, ensuring each campaign type is monetized effectively and contributes positively to overall revenue targets.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, LTV, ARPU, and user engagement, providing strategic recommendations to the executive team. Lead the development of revenue forecasts and models to align with company objectives and drive sustainable growth.
- Operational Excellence and Process Improvement: Continuously optimise monetization processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and scalability. Implement quality assurance protocols to maintain a high standard of performance and user experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Prior experience in supply partner management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to drive innovation and improve processes.
