Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Director Of Monetization to join our team. As a key member of our revenue optimization department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive monetization strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

About the Role
This pivotal position will focus on building and maintaining strategic partnerships with top publishers, developing a high-performing team, and driving innovative monetization strategies. You will serve as the senior escalation point for all publisher-related matters, providing guidance and strategic direction to maintain high levels of partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Publisher Relationship Management: Develop, nurture, and scale relationships with top-tier publishers, ensuring long-term strategic partnerships and mutual revenue growth.
• Onboarding and Integration Management: Manage and oversee the full onboarding process of new publishers, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience from initial conversation through integration and launch.
• Team Leadership and Development: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing monetization team fostering a culture of excellence.
• Monetization Strategy and Campaign Profitability: Design and implement comprehensive strategies to maximise the profitability of both CPI and CPE campaigns.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in revenue optimization, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing monetization strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

What We Offer
Tyrads offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
