About the Role:
SAP SuccessFactors is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for building pipeline and uncovering new opportunities for our field sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with key decision makers and influencers at target accounts to develop qualified leads for our Account Executives.
- Develop and execute creative strategies to engage and nurture prospects, leveraging your strong problem-solving and listening skills to identify and prioritize customer needs.
- Meet daily activity KPIs and contribute to the growth and success of our sales team.
About You:
We're looking for someone who is passionate about sales, has a strong work ethic, and is fluent in German and English. Additional languages are a plus. You should be able to work well in a team setting, learn quickly, and adapt to new situations.
