Sales Development Executive for SuccessFactors German Speaker

About the Role:
SAP is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Executive to join our team in building pipeline and uncovering new opportunities for our field sales organization with SuccessFactors as part of the Human Experience Management (HXM) field. As the glue between sales and marketing, you will help us develop inbound and outbound leads and qualify these before passing them across to our field sales colleagues.
Responsibilities:
Identify target accounts, profile, and engage key decision makers and influencers with compelling outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other social selling channels.
Develop creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects.
Meet daily activity KPIs.
Requirements:
Articulate, ambitious, goal-oriented, and success-driven individual with strong problem-solving and listening skills to identify and prioritize customer needs.
Fluent German and English speaker with additional languages beneficial.
