We're seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our team of FX Product Sales Executives. As a dynamic leader with deep FX industry experience, you'll be responsible for driving performance, training, and development of your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of up to 15 Product Sales Executives, owning all aspects of performance, training, and development
- Provide thought leadership across the department in FX Hedging
- Partner with our Product team to continually make our features best-in-class for customers
- Coach and support your team, creating best practices across the entire sales process
- Take responsibility for the team's performance against targets, striving for record growth quarter on quarter
- Drive activity on a daily basis, discovering growth opportunities within your market to help the team deliver on targets
- Create a culture of high performance based on Revolut's core values
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience within a similar role
- 2+ years of management experience
- Demonstrable experience in the Foreign Exchange Hedging/Derivative industry
- The ability to motivate and drive performance
- Significant commercial experience, particularly in telesales
- A keen interest in commencing a career in a high-performing sales culture
- A degree in finance or business-related subject
