Key Responsibilities- Drive the development of campaigns that promote positive brand growth through data-driven insights
- Leverage data analytics to pinpoint impactful influencers and refine campaigns for optimal performance
- Optimize influencer relationships through streamlined communication, efficient agreement tracking, and global scouting and negotiation
- Ensure accurate representation of brand values and philosophy through interactions with influencers worldwide
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing
- Fluent proficiency in oral and written English and Spanish, with additional proficiency in French, Portuguese, German, or Italian
- Strong project management skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced digital startup environment
We offer a competitive $80,000 - $110,000 per year salary package, consisting of base salary and bonus potential. You'll also enjoy:
