About the Role

VoiceMod Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our influencer initiatives and expand our brand presence through strategic partnerships with content creators.

This role involves building, managing, and optimizing relationships with influencers across multiple platforms, focusing on Twitch, TikTok, and YouTube.

You will be instrumental in shaping and executing influencer strategies that support VoiceMod's brand objectives and marketing goals.

This is an individual contributor role with high impact, where you will lead end-to-end influencer campaigns - from ideation to execution and performance analysis.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with deep knowledge of influencer marketing trends, strong negotiation skills, and a creative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute influencer marketing initiatives, including identifying and building relationships with influencers aligned to VoiceMod's brand goals.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to support product releases, content initiatives, and co-promotions through influencer partnerships.
  • Develop and manage a network of content creators and agencies. Handle negotiations, contracts, and maintain a detailed influencer database.
  • Lead both paid and organic influencer campaigns; brainstorm campaign concepts, activate campaigns, and ensure they align with overall marketing objectives.
  • Stay ahead of social and community trends, identifying key influencers and opportunities for engagement, especially during events.
  • Analyze campaign impact using qualitative and quantitative metrics, share insights, and apply findings to improve future campaigns.
  • Generate innovative ideas to engage and expand VoiceMod's influencer ecosystem. Pitch new approaches to increase content creation and brand visibility.
  • Negotiate terms with influencers and agencies, ensuring compliance and value alignment for all partnerships.
  • Manage a library of influencer-generated content and clips to support broader marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally within the tech, gaming, or social media spaces.
  • Deep familiarity with Twitch, TikTok, and YouTube, with a strong understanding of creator strategies and platform-specific trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build, manage, and maintain partnerships with influencers and agencies.
  • Skilleted in contract negotiations with agents and influencers, with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Able to analyze influencer campaign performance and use data to drive strategy adjustments.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
