We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Influencer Assistant to join our team in Madrid. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading brand in the fashion industry and contribute to the growth of our marketing efforts.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Communications team in delivering all activities and projects. This will include tracking agency performance, researching influencer profiles for campaigns, managing product stock and orders, as well as archiving and administering publications and key information.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Communications team in delivering all activities and projects.
- Track agency performance.
- Research influencer profiles for campaigns.
- Manage product stock and orders.
- Archive and administer publications and key information.
- Prepare weekly newsletters for internal use.
- Collate monthly reports for internal teams.
- Manage the influencer marketing tool to track brand campaigns.
- Manage the media library.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong passion for the fashion industry and Pandora A/S.
- Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Good project and time management skills ensuring all deadlines are met.
Benefits
