About the Role
The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for monitoring our revenue KPIs and ensuring the effective execution of daily operations. This includes tracking business results, monitoring production KPIs in our CRM, and providing actionable insights to team leaders and managers to improve productivity.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Create and update automations related to sales operations processes on the Clinics segment to ensure maximal effectiveness and operational perfection.
  • Gather and analyze data to understand problems and address them proactively.
  • Supervise KPIs, metrics, and performance of local teams and provide actionable information and useful insights.
  • Take an active part in strategic projects to ensure their success and maximize business impact.
  • Train sales reps on the use of the CRM tool and related processes.
  • Rethink processes, detect bottlenecks, and pursue improvements of automations, KPIs, and tools to increase efficiency.
  • Stakeholder management and collaboration with team members and members of other departments.
  • Be the operational enabler to ensure leads are assigned and contacted promptly.
  • Liaise with the global team to align processes with other countries.
