Sales Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term basis. As part of a central team, you will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and the Commercial Leadership Team (LT) to drive sales performance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, customer behavior, and opportunities for improvement.
- Use these insights to enhance sales performance.
- Leverage data-driven insights to develop and refine tools, reports, and dashboards that deliver critical metrics and improve operational efficiency.
- Regularly assess and optimize sales processes to ensure they are effective and aligned with business goals.
- Create and deliver sales reports and insights to various stakeholders, including the Sales team and Senior Leadership.
- Partner with Core Sales and Sales Solutions teams to ensure they understand and effectively utilize tools, practices, and processes to achieve their targets.

- Proven experience in a role involving customer interaction and support.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A passion for delivering high-quality service and the ability to adapt to evolving customer needs.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
