As a Senior Corporate Sales Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting our Banking customers and relationship managers, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identifying and managing sales opportunities that address specific client needs, from identification to point of sale and through post-trade process.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with transactional clients, including those serviced over e-platforms for flow-based business.
  • Providing day-to-day sales coverage using the full suite of Corporate Sales offerings and supporting team members to do the same.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including Relationship Managers, Global Payments Solutions (GPS), and Global Trade Solutions (GTS), to service client needs and improve share of wallet.
  • Identifying and originating cross-sell opportunities (cross-border, Corporate Sales / CRS, and cross-selling the Bank).

Requirements:

  • A proven understanding of Corporate Sales and ability to apply a structured approach to serving corporate clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with customers and external parties using Spanish as a mother tongue or very fluently and English.
  • Good knowledge of corporate sales business, MSS products, and FX and rate sales for corporate clients.
  • Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, and/or professional accounting designation with 1-3 years of experience in corporate sales for FX and rates.
  • Proven critical thinking, personal organizational, and time management skills.
