Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Management Director to lead our Commercial Account Management team in Madrid. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic relationships, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account management strategies aligned with our company's goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of account managers.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements:
  • Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing strategic account management processes.
  • Strong grasp of sales processes and strategies, with the ability to develop compelling value propositions.
  • Excellent executive-level verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to analyze market data, feedback, and sales performance to inform strategies and decisions.

What We Offer:
