Job Description: Labor Relations Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Labor Relations Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis. This role focuses on managing labor relations within the company to ensure fair and equitable practices while maintaining compliance with current labor regulations. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in preventing conflicts and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Management: Oversee employee records and documentation, including contracts, leaves, and Social Security registration.
  • Labor Relations and Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to contracts, wages, working hours, and safety.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a Labor Technician or similar HR administrative role.
  • In-depth understanding of Spanish labor laws, Social Security processes.
  • Familiarity with handling legal documentation related to employee dismissals, contracts, and disputes.
