Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our team. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and mitigating labor risks, as well as designing and delivering successful training programs.
Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. This figure takes into account the average salaries for similar positions in the industry and the cost of living in Mexico City and surrounding areas.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, or a related field
- 5+ years of direct experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or labor/employment law
- Experience working in unionized settings
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to handle confidential information in a mature and professional manner
