Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our HR operations align with local regulations, while providing expert guidance on labor laws and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Bullet Develop and maintain all HR documentation, including onboarding, contracts, and terminations for employees and contractors, with meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy.
Bullet Ensure seamless compliance with local labor laws and regulations in Spain (Barcelona) and the IT sector, consistently delivering results that meet or exceed expectations.
Bullet Provide actionable insights and guidance on labor regulations to management, leveraging extensive knowledge of Spanish labor laws and practices (with a focus on Barcelona) and collective agreements in the IT sector.
Bullet Offer consultation services and guidance on internal policies to employees, cultivating open communication channels and fostering a culture of collaboration and respect.
Bullet Effectively manage individual and collective labor law issues, contributing significantly to maintaining a legally compliant HR framework and mitigating potential risks.
Bullet Maintain and update the HRIS system, guaranteeing data accuracy, confidentiality, and efficient operation.
Bullet Track employee leave and prepare all necessary documentation, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Bullet Support other HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, and policy development, through proactive collaboration and effective resource allocation.
Bullet Collaborate with the external payroll team to process payroll, handle social security, income tax (IRPF), and onboard/terminate employees seamlessly.
Bullet Work closely with the external immigration team to address immigration matters (NIE, Beckham Law, and Visa), ensuring timely resolution and minimizing disruptions to business operations.

Requirements
Bullet 1+ years of experience working in IT companies, complemented by 2.5+ years of overall HR experience (labor relations, payroll, HR operations).
Bullet In-depth knowledge of Spanish labor laws and practices (with a focus on Barcelona) and collective agreements in the IT sector, coupled with proven expertise in HR documentation, compliance, and administration.
Bullet Strong negotiation and communication skills, enabling successful relationship management with unions, works councils, and other labor entities, with a proven track record of handling complex labor issues effectively.
Bullet Familiarity with HRIS systems and their operation, along with a solid understanding of data accuracy, confidentiality, and efficient workflow management.
Bullet Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and efficient task management, all essential for meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results under pressure.
Bullet Proficiency in English (B2 level) and native-level Spanish, facilitating clear communication and effective collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
