About Europe Language Jobs

We are a leading recruitment agency providing excellent services to candidates and companies across 48 countries and in over 33 languages. Our international Sales Department is looking for a skilled Business Development Representative to acquire new clients and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential clients to offer tailored solutions and grow our business.
  2. Sales Opportunities: Continuously monitor the market for chances to expand our services and increase revenue.
  3. Cross-Selling and Upselling: Offer additional services to existing clients to maximize revenue and build strong relationships.
  4. Business Development: Collaborate with the team to analyze goals and plan strategies to achieve success.
  5. Client Support: Provide guidance to clients on how to effectively use our services and resolve any issues.

Requirements:

  1. Languages: Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  2. Experience: Proven sales experience in an online context (1-2 years).
  3. Skills: Proactive, eager to learn, highly motivated, and excellent communication skills.
  4. Team Player: Friendly and positive team player willing to work in an international environment.
