Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at Teleperformance Spain. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential customer companies
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer engagement
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency in Swedish (C2 level) and English
- Proven experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and Google Cloud Platform solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
